Recently, we had the pleasure to host a couple, and one of them were celebrating a birthday. We had the opportunity to offer an experience in addition to their stay with us. With lockdowns and Covid, I was thrilled to have been able to hire Chef Luc to make this Birthday celebration for the couple a memorable one.
I was able to customize a private menu for the event. All food cooking was done on site and the guests were able to be part of the experience.
The dessert was provided, by my favourite bakery in town, LaB (La Bergandoise). They also provide our delicious croissants, which we bake fresh in house, every morning for our guests.
Chef Luc, after serving the plates was great about explaining the food we were about to eat and the pairing that was chosen. His passion was evident with every bite. Thank you Chef Luc for such a delicious meal.
